Daniel graduated from the faculty of Visual Communictions in Temasek Polytechnic in 1997, majoring in video production. After a few years as a video editor, Daniel branched into art directing and set design, becoming more involved in the production process. Since 2001, he has been the key creative in art and set design for many television commercials, feature films, short films and photography shoots. He has also worked with well-known local directors such as Royston Tan, Kelvin Tong and Jack Neo. Daniel's work experience also includes graphic design, producing and styling for film, TV and print.
Daniel's years of production experience, keen aesthetic sense, extensive hands-on production knowledge and strong understanding of materials has made him an established name in the Singaporean film industry. With these film and production knowledge and experiences, Daniel hopes to continue growing, and to move towards producing and directing film and music video projects in the near future.
